If you didn’t find the answers you needed in our Help Center, Please use the Help Center to email us anytime and open a support ticket.

Messages will be responded to within 24 hours (48 hours max during high ticket volume days).  This excludes weekends and Holidays.  Both X Pole and PoleFitnessDancing.com are closed on weekends and Holidays.  Thanks in advance for understanding because we need a healthy break too 🙂

All emails are returned during our normal business hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST.

Email Support Tickets are our Primary mode of support and communication which allows us to keep our prices low.  It costs a company a great deal of money to have a live call center, we prefer to extend you a product discount instead.
