RETURN POLICY
Our official policy is that all sales are final once the pole is used. If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused during shipping we will replace any necessary parts. We absolutely want to make sure you or your client has a fully functional perfect X-Pole! Unopened & unused poles can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.
WARRANTY
All X-Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from date of purchase through the X Pole manufacturer. Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole to pole contact, or being dropped, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
