It’s a wonderful time and the COVID-19 pandemic is becoming more of a normalcy we can move forward with and a loving community.
Shipping times and stock are definitely more normalized however, there is still a shortage of help or “people will to work” for every small business. Due to this, shipping couriers cannot find enough help to deliver goods (which causes delays), overseas ports are causing delays in metal, chalks, misc. etc. materials to manufacture goods however this is better than last year.
As you probably have noticed, inflation is high and most of that is because it’s hard for manufacturers to get materials in a timely way to produce goods.
There are some stock outages expected because of this, we are blessed that this is not nearly as bad as it was last year : )
PFD chrome dance pole is out of stock again and our next shipment is not due in till December of 2021. We do have many other alternative pole options in and available for purchase now, however stock is limited for every Brand so again, this year, we are recommending that you do your Christmas shopping EARLY. There is no guarantee that any brand will be able to maintain stock relative to consumer demand throughout the end of the year.
Each product has a shipping tab and clearly provides details regarding stock as we know a the time. While this is not always perfect, we do always have the latest information regarding stock and shipment of our goods detailed in each products listing : )

It is peak season again and while the COVID pandemic has evolved a lot over the last year and things have got better, there are still some lasting complications in the shipping supply chain.
At this time, demand for all dance poles is extrememly high – it always was this time of year pre-COVID. Hi demand is causing both delays in customer services responses and shipping times for all dance pole brands.
The lasting changing we can see now are that people remain shopping at home and refer to do many activities online from home. Online classes and tutorials seem to be a new way of life and that has left the demand for online goods extremely high in most all industries. Due to this, sea freight is highly affected. The demand for goods to be shipped is overwhelming and all shipping couriers worldwide are strained, delayed and have changed the rules for all small businesses. What can you expect?
1. Manufacturers are able to produce goods at a somewhat normal rate, however, sea couriers and ports are very overwhelmed due to lack of help, they are still suffering from social distancing laws which limit the amount of people that can be hired. Most ports are not able to dock ships and unload goods from the ships very quickly and this causes the first part of the shipping delay. This is the reason we cannot always give an exact date of when we can ship goods because we don’t have a “for sure” when they can be unloaded and put in a suppliers warehouse for packing, processing and shipping to the customer.
2. USA shipping couriers are also delayed due to staffing shortages and high demand. They have also changed the rules that do no allow shipping address changes or corrections like they used to pre-COVID. It is very important that you get your shipping address correct when ordered because this cannot be changed once the item has shipped due to new courier restrictions.
3. Processing times are still long in all shipping warehouses and with shipping couriers, we ask for your patience and always remember that while we cannot control shipping and processing times for all items, we do absolutely care about you and will always do our best to ensure you are cared for and get what you paid for regardless of unforseen delays. Please read all shipping tabs prior to ordering a product for the latest updates.
4. Due to all the above issues, all shipping couriers have raised their shipping rates on all goods / supplies and they may continue to rise as 2021 moves forward.
Most items are in stock or will be soon, goods are moving, just with delays is all. If an item is not in stock, we do now have an in stock notifier you can subscribe to on every product page of our website.
For the PFD Pro Quality Dance Pole, stock is currently available. The next shipment is not scheduled to arrive until the beginning of June. We are hoping our current stock will last through May but there is great uncertainty due to high sales demand this time of year. I do expect to run out of stock temporarily by the first week of May based on recent sales trends. Pre-orders will be allowed for the June shipment once we run out of stock.
Pre-Orders are currently available for the NEW PFD Pro Quality Black Powder Coated Pole. This is a brand new item and it has very limited stock available. Since it’s new we can’t predict demand so the first shipment was a small batch to test the market. Based on current pre-order sales, it is highly likely that we will sell the entire shipment before it arrives.
X Pole, Lupit, and Lil Mynx are still challenged with speedy shipping times, but they are a lot faster than they used to be in 2020. We are all adjusting to working at home slowly but surely : )

Seems like the COVID stuff will be hanging around a while, it’s good we are making progress in getting life back to some sort of normalcy but we do also realize that all of the massive changes have stressed everyone. We hope that you are enduring well and taking extra time for self care and de-stressing!
New Resolutions are under full way and it’s time to get back in shape, it’s also a good time to re-ground yourself in the importance of self care for the coming year, stress from COVID will continue and adjustments will need to be made, AND we are here by your side as much as we can be.
Latest updates are that most items are in-stock and all dance pole brands are operational. Stock shortages still happen on various products due to a very high sales demand we could never have anticipated. Most people are pole dancing at home due to all the complications of going to a public class. We are working to make this easier for you in 2021.
Shipping prices will impact stock availability in the coming months. Like last year, we are experiencing lock-downs and complications at the port due to social distancing laws, this slows down how quick we can get new stock available for sale. We have ordered extra supplies in advance however; we are experiencing pricing hikes on the back end. UPS and most all shipping couriers have increased their pricing for shipment of goods, costs to ship products over seas have doubled and currency conversions rates have also increased. This will all impact the future pricing of products and slow availability to get new stock for all dance pole brands. In January, metal became harder to get, again due to COVID lock-downs in China and this makes it hard for ALL dance pole brands to get the supplies they need to make the poles.
It is likely you will see prices rise again until those back end prices go back down, but we are doing everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible. Stability is what we all need : )
For the PFD Pro Quality Dance Pole, stock is currently available. The next shipment is not scheduled to arrive until the end of May. We are hoping our current stock will last till May but there is great uncertainty due to high sales demand this time of year.
The good news is that we now have new “stock notification” software on the site so you can get notified via email when things do come back in-stock. We are going to have a new PFD Black Powder Coated Pro Quality Dance Pole coming in stock this year. We have a very limited quantity coming and pre-sales for that item will open the first week of February.

Things are improving every day, inventory is more stable and more and more items are shipping as normal. As of now, most but not all items are back in stock. Here are the most recent updates for each dance pole brand:
PFD (PoleFitnessDancing): We have fully replenished stock for the PFD Chrome Pro Dance Pole and have resumed normal shipping and processing times like they were pre-COVID. We have prepared as much as we can in advance to keep PFD products in stock, however we are still experiencing shipping delays receiving our inventory so not all items are in stock. Again, we are trying to keep the product listings as up to date as possible. We also launched two brand new PFD grip aid formulas that work different than anything on the market today. Consider giving them a try, we are excited about this!
X Pole: There are a few X Pole items that we do not know when will come back in stock but for the most part, most all the most popular selling items is now back in stock in our shop like the XPert Pro Poles including the powder coated poles, chrome, stainless steel, silicone and brass poles as well the X Stages are currently available for purchase. There are some limitation for available finishes in various sizes but we are trying out best to keep the product listings as up to date as possible. Canada shipping is temporarily unavailable for X Pole products in our store due to supplier shipping limitations. Canadians can still shop for X Pole products here.
Lupit: Lupit has been in stock a while and while they do still have very long processing and shipping times, they have become shorter over the last month. Shipping is still delayed, but getting faster. There are some problems getting supplies for the carrying bags for the dance poles and Lupit Stage so lupit is shipping those separately at a later date. Product listing pages will have the latest info if there is any kind of delay regarding items.
Lil Mynx: Going strong, things are moving quite normal with small delays in processing times as compared to pre-COVID status. They also have had some issues with their vendors getting parts to build the poles (yes this seems to be a trend for every pole maker these days). Any delays again, will be in the product listing.
Since we are still seeing delays with the shipping couriers as well as difficulties for all pole brands getting some type of parts to build the pole, we are suggesting to order early for Christmas just in case. Life hasn’t fully resumed to normal with any of the shipping couriers as you probably already know. Christmas sales will only slow things down. On this topic of Christmas Sales, our team here at PoleFitnessDancing.com is dedicated to mental and physical health and wellness. Black Friday sales have a tendency to be a stressful time that creates anxiety when we should be enjoying our families. For this reason, we will not be participating in any Black Friday Sales as a way to encourage people to spend time nurturing their mental and physical health while enjoying family and freedom instead of stressful shopping.

Things are finally stabilizing in the shipping area which is wonderful news!
Shipments for the PFD dance pole are coming in without delay and stock has been replenished. Our September shipment came in early so we are not anticipating any new outages for a good while.
Processing times have improved for all brands back to somewhat normal times, we are continually monitoring and updating the “Shipping” tab in all the products with the latest shipment and processing times. Things are moving faster.
X Pole items are gradually coming back in stock.. we are now accepting orders for XPert Pro poles and Lyra poles. All other Xpole items remain out of stock, however we are expecting to carry their items again soon. This is pending how well the continual re-opening of the economy does in the coming months in CA.
Lupit & Lil Mynx have better processing times now due to the improved shipping courier situation.

Welcome Back! Thanks so much for following our updates : ) It’s been months of updates and we really hope things get back to normal soon!
Good News, PFD dance pole shipment has cleared customs last night and we have begun printing shipping labels and preparing boxes for shipment for all pre-orders today. If you pre-ordered for August 4th (that date was later changed to August 15th due to a US customs delay in CA) then your order will ship within the next 48 hours. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
Stock for this current shipment is limited and we already sold about 50% of it in pre-orders. The PFD pole will go back in stock this week until the rest of this shipment is sold and then it will go back in pre-order status for the next shipment arriving the first week of September.
For the other brands we carry, there has been no change from the last update and are as follows:
X Pole remains out of stock. We were hoping to resume X Pole sales by now but due to the recent re-closure in CA, X Pole cannot re-open as soon as they hoped. For now, you can still buy products they have in stock directly on the X Pole Website here.
Lupit processing and shipping times are extended longer than usual as well, however the shipping tab for all Lupit items is up to date. Please read the shipping tab before order Lupit Products so you fully understand the length of time it will take to get your item.

Hello everyone, again! Man this has been months of updates and I don’t know about you, but we are ready for some normalcy! Jeez! We will get through this together and hopefully this all settles with every safe and happy in the end : )
Latest updates, getting right to the point:
PFD dance pole August 4th shipment is currently in US customs in CA. As you know, customs won’t give us an exact date of release but we do hope for clearance this week so we can begin processing all the pre-orders. Customs is delayed more than normal because the dock workers are understaffed and more help cannot be hired due to social distancing laws. Customs also has new lengthier processes to follow now due to the COVID-19 law changes to ensure customer safety. We are asking for your patience as it will take us some time to unpack the containing after getting it from customs, get all the labels printed, boxes packaged and then shipped back out the door. Our intentions are to get through this process by the end of this week if things go as good as we hope, however it is likely to get delayed into next week, so to be safe, we have changed the August 4th release date to August 15th. If for some reason there are strange delays, please watch your inbox, we will email you to update you on order status or changes as they evolve. Changes will also be updated daily in the Stock & Pre-Orders tab in the product listing.

Hello, we hope all are staying as relaxed as you can be during these stressful times. Take time to remember the good things in life, we are all still so blessed here in America : )
Latest updates are massive shipping delays across the board. All couriers are experiencing extreme overwhelm, especially UPS. Some packages that normally take 2-8 business days to arrive have taken up to 3 weeks for delivery (this seems to be random and doesn’t happen to every package). This is happening to a lot of businesses, not just ours. The shipping supply chain has become incredibly strained due to the pandemic. A little FYI, Amazon has delayed Prime Day twice now, we believe this is because there is no way for shipping couriers to handle the Prime Day sales with the shipping couriers already massively overloaded. Our shipping world has changed and honestly, we don’t know when it will get better. In fact, many business’s are trying to get goods in to prepare for Christmas sales and for this reason, as Christmas gets closer (yes I know it’s early to be talking about it) shipping delays may not improve.
We are asking for all our customers to be very patient. Extensive shipping delays are happening for some (not all) packages and the shipping couriers don’t tell us about the delays in advance. Often we have found that the courier website doesn’t even properly reflect the delays they are experiencing and frequently don’t explain why the delay is happening. Unfortunately, we can’t control shipping delays once a product is shipped. We are doing what we can to be sure customers are informed as quick as we notice any changes here on this page. We do ensure delivery so if your product never arrives, we will be sure you get a replacement. We don’t want people worrying about never getting what they paid for and we do want everyone to be aware that it just might end up taking quite a bit longer than usual at this time.

PFD product shipping times are delayed now as well. Small items like Pole Fitness Clothing are shipped USPS and seem to be more on time than the bigger items like dance poles. The PFD Dance Poles and the Pro Chrome Pole are both out of stock. Pre Orders are being accepted on the PFD Pro Quality Dance Pole for the next shipment arriving the first week of August. We apologize for the seemingly never ending out of stock issues. The poles are selling a lot faster than we can get stock replenished and most of our stock sells from pre-orders before the next shipment even arrives. If you cannot wait till the August shipment and need an alternative to the PFD dance pole right now, we do have Pro Chrome 45mm Dance poles left in stock in limited supply. They sell fast and we only get these in small batches at this time.

Hello Everyone, we still hope you are safe and healthy as always.
Latest updates reflect increased shipping challenges. All brands are still experiencing stock challenges and those challenges have not improved. Delays still continue to happen as the pandemic evolves.
As of today, there are less than 10 PFD dance poles is stock and we will begin Pre-Orders for the PFD dance pole today or tomorrow for the next incoming shipment arriving the last week of July / Early August. We anticipated this shipment to arrive on 7/3/20, however, due to the increasing problems with the pandemic, incoming stock shipments delays are getting worse and we don’t expect them to improve. All brands are experiencing shipment delays.
We are asking that customer remain patient as all the dance pole brands continue to adjust to these new challenges. Honestly at this point, we don’t expect stock shortages issues to normalize in 2020 – we hoped it would but the outlook does not look good so far.
If you cannot wait till the August shipment and need an alternative to the PFD dance pole right now, we do have Pro Chrome 45mm Dance poles left in stock.
GOOD NEWS – Lupit is back in stock with extended processing and delivery times. Shipping tab has the latest up to date shipping and processing time frames.
Lil Mynx processing and shipping times have increased to 4 business days due to shipping delays. It’s hard to get supplies to make the dance poles, however the outlook looks good so far considering the challenges. Lil Mynx to delivering consistently : )
X-Pole remains extremely low on stock. The stock outages at X Pole and staffing challenges from the pandemic are preventing them from allowing the processing of all dealer orders, so X Pole remains out of stock at this time but you can shop for whatever item X Pole has in stock directly at the X Pole website. We do not expect to be able to process X Pole orders any earlier than August at this point.

Exciting News! The PFD chrome dance poles are back in stock, but not for long. We only have 75 left in stock as of 6/10 (stock reduces hourly and the stock will not be updated here on this page), once they are sold we will begin pre-orders for the next shipment arriving the first week of July. The 6/10/20 shipment has arrived and cleared customs. We are currently working to process all the pre-orders as a first priority. If you placed a pre-order for the 6/10/20 shipment, know that we are unpacking the container now and prepping boxes for shipment. We plan to have all the tracking numbers emailed by the end of this week, however, we are asking for you to wait until Monday for tracking. Our shipping warehouse is understaffed and the state will not allow us to hire help at this time due to the pandemic. We have hundreds of pre-orders to process and simply need some time to get them prepped and out the door to UPS.
There are no changes with Lupit and X Pole brand products at the moment. Every brand is struggling to get supplies to make the dance poles. There is also tremendous strain getting shipments from overseas. Many of the captains on the ships are understaffed and working double overtime. Many are not sleeping well and we do expect that shipments will slow again because people must sleep. We do anticipate that shipping delays will increase for everyone due to the problems of the pandemic. If there is a second waive of the virus, we do expect it to have a huge impact on everyone’s ability to get stock for Christmas. While we cannot predict the future, we are advising people to shop for poles for Christmas VERY early. Stock for these more expensive items is hard to get in and we don’t expect things to get easier, especially if there is a second waive coming. This saddens us as we like to remain positive and hopeful, however, we also feel it’s best that you are all well informed so you have the power to make better choices now.
Lil Mynx is now experiencing stock outages and cannot replenish stock for some items for about a month from now at the earliest, again, there is no guarantee.
Every single dance pole supplier is under staffed and under a huge strain getting supplies to make the poles. Please send everyone in the pole community some love and patience. Together we can get through this!

As of today, things are slowly but surely returning to normal. We hope you are all adjusting to the changes patiently – we know this hasn’t been easy for most, hang in there : )
COVID-19 still has a drastic impact on the delivery of goods which has caused the cost of supplies to make items like dance poles and clothing more expensive. Increasing price changes are still anticipates, we are tying to keep them as low as possible for as long as possible. Processing times preparing some items for shipment is longer than usual due to overwhelm and many governments will not allow the hiring of extra help yet due to social distance laws – this means processing times can be delayed.
The pre-orders for the PFD dance pole shipment the 500mm extensions coming on June 10th is currently on time. We are waiting for US customs clearance. We only have 75 poles left on that shipment and our next shipment will not arrive until 7/3/20.
X-Pole remains the same. They cannot keep poles in stock either and until their inventory stabilizes, we will not be processing X Pole orders. Right now, it will be late July or August before we can consider placing X Pole back in stock on our website. In the meantime, you can place pre-orders for out of stock X Pole items here.
Lupit’s shipping times are very extended however, we do hope to have Lupit items back in stock later this month.
Lil Mynx stock remains available, however due to overwhelming demand, their processing times are delayed by about 3 business days. We are asking customers wait 5 business days total for Lil Mynx to process the pole package for shipment.
We did get some stock of the AW dance pole in today – however we do expect that to sell out within a few days – there are only 25 available. We do not have an ETA on a future shipment yet. Watch the product listing for details.
Shipping times with couriers remain accurate in USA. Once your item is shipped you can expect it to arrive in 2-8 business days depending on your location and the brand of item you bought. Please read the shipping tab in the product listing for shipping times.

Due to COVID-19, the world of shipping has drastically changed. Most all of the shipping couriers have raised there prices. Also, it’s getting harder for dance pole manufacturers to get the metal they need to make the dance poles. Dance poles are in very high demand. With high demand, rising shipping prices and a metal shortage, dance pole prices in general have gone up for every brand. We are doing our best to keep prices as low as possible, however, until this shortage is over then prices may continue to rise unfortunately.
We are taking pre-orders for the PFD dance pole and the 500mm extension for the next incoming shipment due to arrive 6/10/20 or sooner. Stock on the next shipment is very limited and we have already sold over 70% of the stock coming in on the next shipment. As this sales pace, our stock will probably sell out in pre-sales before the next shipment arrives. The following shipment is not schedule to arrive till July.
We did get some stock of the AW dance pole in today – however we do expect that to sell out within a few days – the demand for dance pole is so high that most dance pole vendors are selling out faster then they can get it re-stocked.
As of today, there is no change with X Pole yet or Lupit. Until the shipping couriers stabilize, we won’t be able to process orders for those two brands.
Lil Mynx is going strong after they recently re-opened – things are slowly getting back to normal : )

We have resumed taking pre-orders for the PFD dance pole to reserve a pole on the next incoming shipment scheduled to be here on 6/10/20. Stock is still very limited in June. 50% of the June shipment has already sold in pre-orders. All pre-orders will ship before newer orders.
We don’t have any other stock updates for any of the other dance poles, nothing has changed from the previous updates. We are monitoring this daily and will keep everyone updated as soon as we know anything.
As always, we are working very hard to get more stock in and also expand our dance pole options to accommodate the growing needs for dance poles. We also have plans to provide more pole lessons in the near future as well. You will here more about those updates in this coming week.

April 15th to 18th 2020 Update
Late yesterday we got news that our next incoming shipment for PFD dance poles scheduled to arrive on 5/3/20 was delayed till 6/10/20. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused my shipping delays and our shipment was unexpectedly impacted.
We have sent out emails to every person who placed a PFD dance pole pre-order for the 5/3/20 shipment to notify them of the delay. That email will contain details regarding the delay. It also contains free additional lessons for those choosing to continue to wait for the June shipment and refund instructions for those who do not with to wait. Please check your email box for those details if you placed a pre-order for the PFD dance pole.
As a result of this unexpected delay, we decided not to take any more pre-orders for the June shipment at this time. Our goal is to put all our focus and care into our current customers who have paid for items and ensure they are taken care of before taking on new customers. Please understand we are working as quickly as possible and will update you as soon as we can on new stock availability. We are aware that stock has been a frustrating issue for many of you.
If you place a pre-order for the 500mm PFD dance pole extension or the AW pole – those will ship the first week of May. We are not taking any more pre-orders for either of those items at this time.

April 14th 2020 Update
We sold all of the PFD dance poles in pre-orders for the shipment scheduled to arrive 5/3/20. Thank you to everyone who is patient in placing pre-orders. We are doing our best to get stock in as quickly as possible as well as provide better learning materials for all home pole dancers. It’s been a very busy and strenuous time for everyone, we are all in this together : )
Pre-orders for the next incoming shipment arriving on 6/3/20 will begin in the next 24 hours.
We are communicating with Lupit to get better commitments on their deliveries, they are improving so hopefully we will be able to offer Lupit brand items again very soon.
We have tentative plans to resume X Pole sales very late April / early May pending the arrival of their next shipment.

April 7th to 13th 2020 Update
There is only a couple changes from the previous update, PFD pre-orders have sold 50% of the next incoming shipment. Shipment is still on time for 5/3/20. It took 3 days to sell through an additional 20% of stock from the last update. Based on that data, our next arriving 5/3 shipment will most likely be sold out sometime next week. The following shipment arrives 6/3/20. We will be increasing the price of pre-orders by $10 tomorrow because shipping & production costs have went up.
Many of the dance pole brands are experiencing a hard time getting supplies to make the poles. Production and processing times have become longer but should normalize when shipping couriers can release COVID-19 restrictions on deliveries. We don’t know when that might be. What does that mean? It will be a little harder to keep stock readily available over the coming months. We are doing our best.
COVID-19 is creating some shipping delays for International suppliers. If you live in the US and you are receiving a product shipped from within the US, we haven’t seen hardly any shipping delays. If you live outside the US or you are receiving an item from a brand outside the US (like Lupit for example) shipping delays are inevitable and getting increasing longer by the day.
Above all else, we hope you are enjoying your quarantine time as much as possible. Your health is what matters the most and we will get through this together. We are not longer taking pre-orders for the AW pole, stock was too limited on the next arriving shipment. We will update the product listing as soon as possible on the next availability date for that item. We don’t know at this point.
PFD dance pole is still accepting pre-orders for the next shipment arriving 5/3/20. Stock is limited on the next shipment and as of today we have sold about 30% of the stock on the next shipment in pre-orders. At his pace, we will definitely sell out of the next shipment before it arrives so we are encouraging people to place pre-orders sooner than later. Pre-orders guarantee a pole on the next shipment. COVID-19 has slowed our ability to get new shipments in as quick. We do have another shipment coming after the 5/3/20 shipment but it won’t be here till early June.

March 31st to April 3rd 2020 Update
Today we ran out of every dance pole on the site. As you may have noticed – dance poles are in very high demand right now. With all the pole fitness studios and gyms shut down worldwide, there wasn’t enough stock to supply everyone so quickly.
Our next shipment of PFD dance poles is currently on time and we are taking pre-orders for both the PFD dance pole and the AW dance pole. Stock is limited on the next PFD dance pole shipment and due to the extraordinarily high demand for dance poles, we highly recommend taking advantage of the pre-order sales to guarantee you will get a pole on the next shipment. Poles are selling incredibly fast right now.
We have been accepting pre-orders for the PFD dance pole for just under two weeks and we have already sold 1/5th of the stock on the next shipment. If pre-order sales continue at this current pace, we do anticipate that the next shipment will be sold out before it arrives on or before May 3rd 2020.
The AW pole just started pre-orders today when we ran out. We do not yet know about stock limitation for the next incoming shipment at this time.
X Pole, Lil Mynx, and Lupit remain temporarily placed out of stock until each brand is back to functioning normally due to COVID-19 changes.

Lupit – has been very overwhelmed with orders due to Lil Mynx and X Pole’s slow down. We have temporarily placed all Lupit items out of stock. Lupit is a very small company and we have started to notice significant struggle on our back end for Lupit providing correct processing times for orders. We believe in providing the most accurate processing times to meet customers expectations and unfortunately, we cannot get a clear enough answer directly from Lupit to promise customers accurate information. Lupit is a great company but we feel the overwhelm they are experiencing will worsen with time and cause a huge problem in communication between our team, Lupit, and you the customer. As to avoid any major problems and preserve customer satisfaction, Lupit items will remain out of stock until Lupit processing times can be cleared up. In the meantime, you can still order from Lupit directly on their website at Lupitpoleusa.com. All other items in the shop (including the AW pole) other than Lil Mynx and X-Pole brands are still shipping on time according to the shipping tab shown in the product listing. UPS & USPS claims they are still operating as normal and our processing time are still fast, they have not changed.

Lil Mynx – They have still failed to respond to our communication and we have no new updates. All they have said so far is “we don’t know when we can process orders”. We plan to contact the owner of the company today to gain clarity on this issue because the Lil Mynx team is failing to respond. If we don’t get a reply, Lil Mynx sales will be temporarily suspended to prevent customers from ordering items they may not get. You can still order Lil Mynx from our site, but we don’t recommend it at this time. Order at your own risk.
March 23rd Update
Shipments and delivery of goods:
If you have already placed an order and paid, we will be shipping that item as normal. If there are known delays we will notify you via email. If there is an outages that prevents shipment, you will get an email explanation along with a refund.
X Pole is facing the most significant challenges dealing with the CA lockdown. They have no guarantee of when they can get their next incoming shipments that were scheduled for April. For the time being, we have temporarily placed all X Pole items out of stock to lesson the burden upon X Pole as a means to free up time for X Pole to learn to do business remotely from home, protect the health of their staff, and avoid promising delivery of shipments that may end up severely delayed. When we resume X Pole sales we will notify you here, in the meantime you can shop directly at X Pole for available items. X Pole is donating a portion of sales on their site to a COVID-19 relief charity. Please exercise patience when ordering through them, they are undergoing massive change and doing the best they can.

Lupit is still functioning with normal processing times that average between 5-10 working days. Shipping is International averaging between 5-10 business days for delivery but you can expect unknown delays. Lupit items come from Slovenia and we have seen some slowing of Lupit delivery times because of the recent cancelled airlines and stronger custom restrictions. Items will still get delivered but I would anticipate a delay due to the shipping courier delays.
Lil Mynx has not been communicating well during this time. We have attempted to stay in close contact with them but their answers have not been transparent enough for us to be fully informed and therefore we cannot pass that information along to you. At this time, Lil Mynx is not clear when they can fulfill any orders. We believe in providing transparency and honesty to our customers in advance, if we cannot get a clear answer from Lil Mynx regarding their situation soon, we plan to temporarily suspend Lil Mynx orders as well. Order with caution if you want a Lil Mynx item.
I ordered a pole today but it shows your out of the mounts. Do you know when those will be in stock and I just saw the updates about the pole. Will it be delayed?

Hi so I made a preorder for the 5/3 shipment back on 4/13 but the only email I ever received was the one from PayPal confirming my purchase. I do not have a receipt email from you guys nor did the get the update email about the shipment delay. Is there a way to update my order so I can receive updates about my shipment

If you are not getting them, it might be possible that there is a typo in the email when you placed your order. Hi I want to order a xpole stage but before I order I would like to know what to expect in shipping and processing times as I’m moving at the end of the month.
