Covid-19 has created some very unique and challenging times for businesses and everyone around the world.  Each and every one of us will feel the impact of these changes.   In a time of great uncertainty with changes occurring hourly, we want you to know first and foremost that we deeply care, we are here for you, and we will keep you updated to the newest changes impacting shipments and support at PoleFitnessDancing.com here on this page.

We will update this page as the situation evolves, check back often for new information.

Like many of you, we’re currently working through the significant challenges brought by this global pandemic and we’re doing what is right for the health and safety of our team members and customers. This means we only offer email support for customers who have purchased goods and require immediate assistance who could not find answers in our customer solution center.   We ask customers to PLEASE seek answers in the customer solution center before opening a support ticket for immediate assistance.  Due to the overwhelming amount of sales combined with general inquires, our email support is overwhelmed.  We are working as fast as we can and you will experience delays in responses. We’re working to restore our normal service as quickly as possible.

Site and Policy Updates (no change from yesterday) –

There is still an overwhelming amount of demand for dance poles.  Many studios have been shut down and now more people than ever are looking to pole dance at home for fitness.   We realize the sense of urgency to get a pole now so you can practice during a quarantined time is important and we are all doing everything we can to ensure speedy deliveries.

That being said, shipping delays for Lupit and Lil Mynx are inevitable and we cannot control delivery times.  These are changing hourly.   To avoid additionally stressing an already stressed delivery system, we will no longer accept order changes or cancellation due to shipping delays we cannot control.  Order Cancellations are only allowed if we are unable to deliver your item or if the time to process your order exceeds 2 weeks.    It’s important to understand that all our suppliers and brands are under a lot of stress trying to deliver goods while working remotely.  Cancellations for reasons such as “changing your mind” or a small “shipping delay” stresses the delivery process and creates wasted time, time we desperately need to use to process orders as quickly as possible to meet customer demand.

X-Pole (no change from yesterday) – items still remain temporarily out of stock until we get confirmation on incoming shipments at the port and X Pole has a chance to get comfortable working remotely.   Shop directly at X Pole for available items, each sale donates $5 to a COVID-19 Emergency Charity.

PFD (PoleFitnessDancing) (no change from yesterday) – shipping and processing time remain normal for ALL items in the shop except Lupit, Lil Mynx, and X Pole brand items.

Lupit (no change from yesterday) – items remain temporarily out of stock until shipping and processing times can be stabilized. In the meantime, you can still order from Lupit directly on their website at Lupitpoleusa.com.    If you have already placed an order for a Lupit item, please don’t worry, they will be shipped as agreed.   All existing Lupit orders are currently in processing at Lupit’s facility.

Lil Mynx – (no change from yesterday) – HR has not yet authorized the processing of orders.  CA remains under lock down.

 

March 26th & 27th Update:

Lupit – has been very overwhelmed with orders due to Lil Mynx and X Pole’s slow down.   We have temporarily placed all Lupit items out of stock.   Lupit is a very small company and we have started to notice significant struggle on our back end for Lupit providing correct processing times for orders.   We believe in providing the most accurate processing times to meet customers expectations and unfortunately, we cannot get a clear enough answer directly from Lupit to promise customers accurate information.    Lupit is a great company but we feel the overwhelm they are experiencing will worsen with time and cause a huge problem in communication between our team, Lupit, and you the customer.   As to avoid any major problems and preserve customer satisfaction, Lupit items will remain out of stock until Lupit processing times can be cleared up.   In the meantime, you can still order from Lupit directly on their website at Lupitpoleusa.com.    If you have already placed an order for a Lupit item, please don’t worry, they will be shipped as agreed.   All existing Lupit orders are currently in processing at Lupit’s facility.

We do not offer any expedited shipping on any products – shipping couriers are very strained and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

What to expect as of today with delivery of goods:

Lupit – They can no longer ship mats to Canada due to UPS border restrictions.   Other shipments are being delivered worldwide as usual with extended shipping delays. Please allow 10-15 business days to process the order and about 2 weeks for delivery.   Items are still coming from Slovenia and can be delayed by the International shipping courier which is out of our control.

X-Pole (no change from yesterday)

Lil Mynx – We finally got a response today – Lil Mynx is unable to process orders until their HR department gives them the go ahead after the CA lock down is over.   We have temporarily placed all Lil Mynx items out of stock until we hear back from Lil Mynx.

What to expect as of today with delivery of goods:

Lupit is now experiencing delays in both delivery and processing times.   Please allow 10-15 business days to process the order and about 2 weeks for delivery.   Items are still coming from Slovenia and can be delayed by the International shipping courier which is out of our control.

PFD (PoleFitnessDancing) (no change from yesterday) – has experienced an unprecedented demand for the PFD Pro Quality dance pole and we ran out of stock fast.   Pre-orders for the next incoming shipment on 5/3/20 are in place now.  The 5/3/20 shipment looks to be on time as of today, no known delays are anticipated at this time.   All other items in the shop (including the AW pole) other than Lil Mynx and X-Pole brands are still shipping on time according to the shipping tab shown in the product listing.  UPS & USPS claims they are still operating as normal and our processing time are still fast, they have not changed.

X-Pole (no change from yesterday) – items still remain temporarily out of stock until we get confirmation on incoming shipments at the port and X Pole has a chance to get comfortable working remotely.   Shop directly at X Pole for available items, each sale donates $5 to a COVID-19 Emergency Charity.

Lil Mynx – They have still failed to respond to our communication and we have no new updates.   All they have said so far is “we don’t know when we can process orders”.   We plan to contact the owner of the company today to gain clarity on this issue because the Lil Mynx team is failing to respond.  If we don’t get a reply, Lil Mynx sales will be temporarily suspended to prevent customers from ordering items they may not get.   You can still order Lil Mynx from our site, but we don’t recommend it at this time.  Order at your own risk.

March 23rd Update:

Shipments and delivery of goods: 

If you have already placed an order and paid, we will be shipping that item as normal.   If there are known delays we will notify you via email.  If there is an outages that prevents shipment, you will get an email explanation along with a refund.

X Pole is facing the most significant challenges dealing with the CA lockdown.   They have no guarantee of when they can get their next incoming shipments that were scheduled for April.   For the time being, we have temporarily placed all X Pole items out of stock to lesson the burden upon X Pole as a means to free up time for X Pole to learn to do business remotely from home, protect the health of their staff, and avoid promising delivery of shipments that may end up severely delayed.   When we resume X Pole sales we will notify you here, in the meantime you can shop directly at X Pole for available items.  X Pole is donating a portion of sales on their site to a COVID-19 relief charity.  Please exercise patience when ordering through them, they are undergoing massive change and doing the best they can.

PFD (PoleFitnessDancing) has experienced an unprecedented demand for the PFD Pro Quality dance pole and we ran out of stock fast.   Pre-orders for the next incoming shipment on 5/3/20 are in place now.  The 5/3/20 shipment looks to be on time as of today, no known delays are anticipated at this time.   All other items in the shop other than Lil Mynx and X-Pole brands are still shipping on time.  UPS & USPS claims they are still operating as normal and our processing time are still fast, they have not changed.

Lupit is still functioning with normal processing times that average between 5-10 working days.   Shipping is International averaging between 5-10 business days for delivery but you can expect unknown delays.   Lupit items come from Slovenia and we have seen some slowing of Lupit delivery times because of the recent cancelled airlines and stronger custom restrictions.   Items will still get delivered but I would anticipate a delay due to the shipping courier delays.

Lil Mynx has not been communicating well during this time.   We have attempted to stay in close contact with them but their answers have not been transparent enough for us to be fully informed and therefore we cannot pass that information along to you.   At this time, Lil Mynx is not clear when they can fulfill any orders.   We believe in providing transparency and honesty to our customers in advance, if we cannot get a clear answer from Lil Mynx regarding their situation soon, we plan to temporarily suspend Lil Mynx orders as well.  Order with caution if you want a Lil Mynx item.
