How do I access the pole lessons included in my dance pole kit?

After you purchase your dance pole kit, your order goes into “processing”.   During this time, your dance pole and any other smaller items are packaged and prepared for shipment.   Processing time usually take 24-48 hours on regular business days Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CST.

Once your order is processed, you will be emailed a “Completed Order Receipt”.  This receipt contains all the tracking numbers for your physical goods. In addition to that, you will also receive a follow up email with the Dance Pole Kit Registration Instructions which contains all the necessary links and steps to register and instantly access your online pole lessons. You can follow the website prompts to complete your registration.

Remember, when you are logged into the shop, there is a tab on your ‘My Account’ page titled Pole Lessons. In that tab will be a reminder of how to access your pole dancing lessons at any time after your purchase.

The process to register and create your new profile on PoleFitnessDancing.com only takes a couple minutes and you will get instant lifetime access to your new video lessons : )

The reason you need to create a new registration profile to access the lesson included in your purchase is because the videos are hosted in a different area that is separate from the physical goods sold in our shop.    You will have two logins, one for the shop area, and one to access you pole video lessons.
