Missing X Pole Screws, Hardware, and Instruction For Ceiling Mount

X Pole doesn’t always send the instructions for the XPert block ceiling mounts, we are not sure why.
The hardware / screws must be purchased separately and are not included by X Pole either.
To overcome this difficulty, we have made a video for you to follow with instructions found here > https://polefitnessdancing.com/x-pole-vaulted-or-flat-ceiling-mount-installation/
We do not sell replacement parts or screws for X Pole brand products. You would need to contact X Pole directly for assistance.
