How often can I pole dance?

This highly depends on your current fitness level.  You will need to give your body a break between session and how long that break is will depend on the level of work you are putting your body through.

Another factor is your current nutrition level, if you are more on the unhealthy side, you will need longer breaks.  Listen to your body, don’t push through pain, get adequate rest and take an added vitamin supplement to help repair the muscles.
