2. Use it for strength training

A lot of people would probably debate on this, but whether you like it or not pole dancing is an incredible workout that demands a lot of strength and endurance.  Strengthening exercises build strong bones and connective tissue along with joint mobility lessening the occurrence of osteoporosis. And unlike running or skipping, pole fitness dancing is a better alternative because it doesn’t put stress on your joints from huge impacts of jumping up and down a hard surface.

I’m not a mother yet, but you heard me right. Pole fitness dancing lessons is a great tool in helping you prepare for pregnancy and childbirth. According to friends and science, pole fitness dancing helps develop a strong back and abdomen which alleviates back pain associated with pregnancy.
