Hi 🙂 I was wondering what I could do as far as the upper body strength I just tried the beginner lesson and I cant spin. Not sure if its my hands slipping or just weak..?
Having problems gripping the pole is a common complaint for beginners. Also, upper body strength is another common challenge for beginners. It’s totally normal. It takes time to develop the upper body strength so you can do those spins just right. I just added 3 new upper body exercises to help beginners get stronger faster and don’t forget to watch the video about cleaning and gripping the pole.
Pole dancing is an unusual way of moving your body and will challenge you in ways no other fitness routine has! Give your body time to adjust, have fun, and enjoy the challenging journey 🙂
I haven’t received shipping info on my purchase 🙁
Hi, I’m a guy and I am going to buy the video set for my wife I watched your clip on how to do the hook move (I think that’s what it’s called) and I tried it myself out of curiosity and I cannot believe that I was able to do it. I’m shocked at myself!
A couple of questions…
1. Does the entire video set cost 47.00? It looks like the pole and videos cost 189.00 and comes with the complete video instruction. We have a pole, so I’m really just looking for instruction. I just want to make sure I’m getting all the videos for 47.00.
2. Is the pole set for 189.00 mobile?
3. Do you have any instruction for guys? I can’t dance worth a crap, but it was fun and I would like to treat my wife.
Thanks, Lou
Hi Lou!
The $189.00 is the affordable no brand pole with 30days of free lessons. Those lessons are similar to the $47.00, but a have some major differences as well. The lessons included with the pole have more to offer with more routines and step by step lessons, more videos get added monthly.
The $189.00 pole is portable and mobile 🙂 The $47.00 is still a great deal with a lot of videos, it’s a one time deal and there are no new routines added monthly like there is in the other lessons. If you would like access to the rest of the lessons, you will need to become a Platinum member and you can do that here: https://polefitnessdancing.com/lessons/
My husband pole dances with me and he finds it to be a FAR better workout than the gym…. he won’t go to the gym anymore! HaHa… Unfortunately, I don’t have any lessons at this time for men however, it is a great workout for you to learn the moves with her, just don’t do it in a “sexy way”. Do point your toes though, all males dancers still point their toes. If I ever have enough requests for male lessons then I would definitely add them.
This is an excellent gift! I know she will love it 🙂
It says the site manager needs to extend their bandwidth or something similar….basically it’s not allowing anyone to go to the site. Please assist. thanks
Hi Tar! Thanks so much for notifying us! I am sorry about that – our site just had SO MUCH TRAFFIC that it exceeded the bandwidth temporarily. It’s fixed now, my apologies! It was a crazy day for customer to say the least : )
