Once you have decided that pole dancing is what you want to do as a fun form of exercise, then the next thing to consider is the kind of pole fitness equipment to buy. Removable poles come in both static and spinning form. As a pole fitness instructor, I know from experience that beginners always prefer a spinning pole. They are easier to use. On the other hand, a static pole will help develop your strength and grip faster since you have to use more force to create momentum which also gives you get a better workout.

There are dangers when buying pole fitness equipment. You must learn about how to choose a dance pole that is sturdy and safe.
